In accordance with Article 25 of Decree 13/2020, of May 18, the establishment has the following Internal Regulations that shall be mandatory for the customers of the establishment.
Article 25 of Decree 13/2020 states:
1. Guests are required to present identification at the time of their admission to the hotel establishment.
2. Every user of the establishment, before their admission, will be provided with an admission document that must be signed by the guest and includes the name, category, and registration number of the establishment, number or identification of the accommodation unit, number of people who will occupy it, meal plan, check-in and check-out dates, and the price of the accommodation if the guest has booked directly with the hotel establishment. The admission document, once signed, will be kept by the establishment.
3. Upon signing the admission document or accommodation contract, a identification card will be issued (in those establishments where it is used for the provision of contracted services), which must be presented if the guest wishes to use these services.
4. Obligations of users of tourist services:
The owners of the establishments may deny access and stay to users who fail to comply or have previously violated any of the following duties (art. 36.3 and 22 of the Tourism Law 13/2011)
5. The hotel establishment may request prior payment guarantee, by any of these means: credit card, transfer, etc., for the contracted services, both for the total reservation and for extras.
6. The hotel day begins at 12:00 on the first day of the contracted period and ends at 12:00 on the day designated as the check-out date. On dates of maximum occupancy of the establishment, the availability of the accommodation unit to the user may be delayed for a period not exceeding three hours. Without prior agreement, extending the stay beyond the contracted time will not be allowed. If an agreement exists, the amount of a full day must be paid.
7. The stay of two people in a double room that was booked as single will not be permitted. In that case, the rate set for double occupancy will apply.
8. The hotel establishment provides a safe deposit box for the custody of money and valuables, which may be deposited at Reception against a receipt. The establishment is not responsible for the loss or theft of money or valuables that are not deposited in the mentioned safe.
9. The cleaning schedule for the rooms is from 9:30 to 15:00 hours. No other use of the room towels is permitted other than for personal hygiene.
10. Smoking is prohibited in the establishment, except as permitted by Law 28/2005, on health measures against smoking, as well as in Law 42/2010, of December 30, which modifies it.
11. It is prohibited to bring food or drinks into the hotel establishment for consumption inside.
12. Access is prohibited for persons accompanied by animals without the express authorization of the establishment, except for persons accompanied by guide dogs, as established by Law 5/1998, of November 23, regarding the use of guide dogs in Andalusia by persons with visual impairments.
13. If applicable, the remote control for the television may be retrieved from reception upon deposit of 10 euros, which will be returned upon check-out once the deposit receipt and the remote control are returned to reception.
14. For those services of the establishment intended for both clients and the general public, access and/or stay will be denied in the following cases:
a) When the established capacity has been reached with users inside the premises or establishment.
b) When the closing time of the establishment has been exceeded.
c) When the minimum age required to access the venue is not met, according to current regulations.
d) When the person intending to enter has not paid the entrance fee or ticket in cases where it is required.
e) When the person exhibits violent behavior, especially when behaving aggressively or provoking disturbances, creating dangerous situations or inconveniences to other attendees.
f) When the person does not meet minimum hygiene standards.
g) When the person carries weapons or objects that could be used as such, unless in accordance with current applicable regulations, they are members of the Security Forces or private security teams integrated into private companies and access the establishment in the exercise of their duties.
h) When the person is consuming drugs, narcotics, or psychotropic substances, or shows signs of having consumed them, and those who show obvious signs or behaviors of being intoxicated. It will also be grounds for expulsion when causing malicious damage to the facilities, causing scandal, noise, especially in response to complaints from other users whose peace and privacy are disturbed.
15. In all these cases, the hotel establishment may seek the assistance of the competent police authority.
16. Nevertheless, in the aforementioned cases, the individual is obliged to pay for the expenses incurred up to the moment of the prohibition of access or stay in the establishment.
17. When parking the vehicle, only one parking space must be occupied. The use of the parking area designated for disabled persons must be justified with the display of the required card inside the vehicle.
18. The garage is a service for residents of the establishment, and its use is subject to the payment of the fee stipulated by the establishment and the availability of spaces. The establishment is not responsible for any damage caused to or received by vehicles using the garage service, nor for any items left inside them, or for the theft of the vehicle itself.
19. The restaurant hours are:
Breakfast: from 8:30 to 11:00.
Lunch: from 13:00 to 16:00.
Dinner: from 20:00 to 00:00.
20. It is not allowed to take food out of the restaurant or to access the interior or its terraces with an uncovered torso or with inappropriate clothing or footwear.
21. The room service hours are from 9:30 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 23:00.
22. The pool hours are from 10:30 AM to 8:00 PM. In case of celebrations in the garden, the hours are reduced to 7:00 PM. Swimming outside of these hours is prohibited. The use of the jacuzzi and the indoor pool is not allowed for minors.
23. Access to the pool is only allowed for registered guests.
24. Showering before swimming in the pool is mandatory.
25. The use of pool loungers is free, but they cannot be reserved before 10:30 AM. Hotel staff may remove loungers that are not used for at least 30 consecutive minutes, provided there are other users waiting to occupy them, and move any personal items left on them to the reception.
26. The use of room towels for the pool or beach is prohibited. The establishment provides towels for exclusive use at the pool or beach free of charge, subject to a deposit of 10 euros, which will be refunded once the deposit receipt and towel are returned at reception. In case of loss or damage to the towel, the customer will not recover the deposit.
27. It is prohibited to bring glasses or other glass objects into the pool area and its surroundings.
28. The introduction of floats or inflatable mattresses into the pool is not allowed.
29. The consumption of beverages in the pool is prohibited unless they have been purchased from the hotel establishment.
30. For any questions or issues related to the operation of the establishment, you can approach our reception staff, who will assist you and, if necessary, will contact the person authorized to resolve your question or issue, with the Director being the ultimate responsible person for the Hotel.
31. You can inquire at the reception about excursions, services, and experiences provided by companies not affiliated with the establishment. This establishment is not responsible for the services provided by external companies.
32. All facilities and services offered by the establishment comply with the stipulated safety measures, ensuring and promoting your safety.
Customers' personal data will be processed for the purposes of booking, providing, and charging for hotel services, and in the case of having their explicit consent, sending information about offers and services of the hotel. They may exercise their rights of access, rectification, deletion (right to be forgotten), data portability, limitation, and opposition to their processing, simply by requesting it by any means from the hotel establishment in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Organic Law (ES) 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).
